The Coordinator Digital Media SD (Shopper Digital) is responsible for working closely within the Shopper Digital Group in supporting the Senior Media Executives with the day-to-day management of search, Facebook, and programmatic media campaigns; delivering strong business results for clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail industries. The incumbent must be a multi-tasker and a quick learner, who is very proficient with Excel, and be able to work productively with minimal supervision.

Position Summary

 

The Coordinator Digital Media SD (Shopper Digital) is responsible for working closely within the Shopper Digital Group in supporting the Senior Media Executives with the day-to-day management of search, Facebook, and programmatic media campaigns; delivering strong business results for clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail industries. The incumbent must be a multi-tasker and a quick learner, who is very proficient with Excel, and be able to work productively with minimal supervision.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the set-up and execution for all search, Facebook and programmatic campaigns; including copy writing, ad trafficking and targeting criteria selection to name a few; these tasks require heavy excel work, and require strong proficiency.
  • Track and report on campaign results and taking an active part in reoccurring internal status meetings. 
  • Prioritize and maintain the integrity of multiple projects and demands to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Apply strong understanding of digital marketing foundational concepts and media channels, including paid search, programmatic (desktop, tablet & mobile) and social media.
  • Create bi-weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

                        

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing or related field

1-3 years of experience in related digital media experience across display, mobile, social, programmatic, PPC and direct response media is required (traditional media experience is a plus)

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills (Expresses oneself in writing and verbally clearly, concisely, and thoroughly)
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing
  • Experience with the following platforms preferred but not mandatory: AdWords, Facebook UI, TURN
  • Knowledge of pixel implementation and ability to QA ad tracking tags in website source code
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
