SVP Business Process Outsourcing involves leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions while creating a single enterprise resource for existing or potential clients.  Responsible for developing a strategy to identifying key opportunities for existing and / or potential clients.  Create a business model to expand, sell and grow all aspects of Advantage outsourcing services. 

 

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Own and Drive Revenue Growth

• Identify client new business opportunities which include:

o Clients currently doing business with the competition
o Clients who do not currently outsource
o Current clients who represent whitespace opportunities

• Develop a strategy to target those perspective clients, including a comprehensive matrix of opportunities for the three opportunity groups outlined above

Sales
• Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's business outsourcing policies, objectives, and initiatives
• Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities
• Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities
• May also be accountable for licensing initiatives and programs; duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals

 

Client Services

• Ensure that a plan is in place with each client to achieve client and business goals
• Organize business unit team to retain and expand upon all new and existing client relationships

 

People Development

• Responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent using company-wide processes, tools and resources
• Perform regular assessments of strengths and opportunities within the team and deploy appropriate course of action to develop or manage performance
• Responsible for building a high performing team with complementary skill sets
• Execute all aspects of the performance management culture, including development discussions and creation of Individual Development Plans, regular coaching and feedback, Performance Improvement Plan creation and delivery

 


Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

 


Travel and/or Driving Requirements

- Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job 
At least 20 % of the time

 


Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

 

Education Level:
(Required):  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred):  MBA Degree  Or equivalent experience           

 

Field of Study/Area of Experience:
12+ Years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Outsourcing Services

Experience in selling outsource services, to B2C and B2B a plus

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
Flexible & Adaptable, able to change & Alter According to changes in Projects or Business Environment
Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
Ability to Direct, Lead, & Develop People
Ability to Exercise Sound Judgement
Ability to Ensure High Levels of Service & Quality are Maintained
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
