Summary

Sr Mobile Device Admin

 

Candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Operations Mgr. & MDC Supervisor in the development, maintenance & enforcement of device securities, policies, and images. The MDAS (Mobile Device Admin Sr) will also work with IT and other vendors to complete required server updates and application certifications. The MDAS will report to the Mobile Device Center Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting with training & documentation for the Mobile Device & Support Center staff. This person will be required to perform on-going monitoring of device securities & policies and help to insure security compliance and procurement of in-transit devices. They will create and maintain auto notifications of violations to our field devices and managers regarding set policies and provide personal communications when required. The MDAS must be a strong team player and will provide regular reporting and verbal deliverables to all Operations management & Supervisors. The MDAS will be required to communicate effectively & work provide best in class support & service to various levels of associates & customers to help assist with Mobile Device issues. The MDAS will have a high level of data access and will be required to keep this information secure & confidential. The MDAS will provide approved data & reporting to Retail or HR as directed by authorized management & supervisors.

Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and Maintaining the securities and policies for devices
  • Work with IT & Vendors to complete server & app certificate updates
  • Creating and Maintaining MDC image’s
  • Monitors & maintains Mobile Device Systems
  • Communicates Security & In-Transit violations to field 
  • Assisting field with corrective actions or Mobile Device issues
  • Provides training and documentation regarding MDC policies
  • Processes accurate Mobile Device center reporting
  • Assist with supporting other department priorities & projects

Minimum Qualifications

 

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

 

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

                                   

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 

  • Previous clerical experience highly desired

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Previous Shipping & receiving experience highly desired
  • Proficiency with computer shipping software (FedEx or UPS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self -motivated to complete task & projects on time
  • Attention to detail and follow through are key to this role
  • Previous clerical experience highly desired
  • Ability to efficiently utilize computer tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word & Excel & Access)
  • Beginning knowledge of Linx, HTLM or Power Shell is a plus
  • Proficiency with computer inventory tracking systems is a plus (Training will be provided)
  • Proficiency with computer shipping software is a plus (FedEx or UPS)

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb.  May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
