    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with preparing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
    • Design dynamic and engaging marketing materials with collaborative team input
    • Execute and promote all online employment marketing campaigns using social media avenues
    • Work with manager, employment marketing, and corporate communication in the development and execution of employment branding and related collateral
    • Research and identify new sources: job boards, ad vendors, social platforms
    • Use Google Keyword Planner to research new keywords for website and job description optimization

     Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Marketing is preferred)
    • Demonstrate basic graphic design abilities: please provide examples
    • Understanding of social media best practices
    • Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and WordPress
    • Preferred Software Proficiencies: Mac iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers), basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and suggest creative ideas
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

    Position Summary

                                                     

    Organic Search Specialist offers creative marketing solutions and pitching in wherever necessary to recruit high-quality candidates. This Organic Search Specialist position is responsible for developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies and promoting campaigns to aggressively develop pipelines of candidates for positions at all levels of the organization.  This position plays an active role in managing social media pages, analytics and email marketing efforts. Eligible candidates must have an advanced understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office software, as well as a basic understanding of Google analytics, email marketing, HTML/CSS template building and Photoshop.

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in strategic marketing efforts to attract a high volume of diverse candidates to meet the needs of the business
    • Management, analysis and growth of all ASM social media efforts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, via scheduling tools (Knowledge of Buffer a plus)
    • Digital tracking of website data (Google Analytics) and social media analytics to determine the success of marketing efforts
    • Create and manage email campaigns, including creation of HTML/CSS email templates and graphics
    • Write marketing job descriptions utilizing Google SEO strategies
    • Source candidates and post job openings on various job boards and other online resources, as assigned
    • Research local job areas and leverage non-paid sources to assist in organic and grassroots marketing efforts

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education Level: (Required)    Bachelor's Degree          or equivalent experience

                                       

    1-3 years of social media / recruitment experience or equivalent job-related experience; retail experience preferred

     

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Experience with major social media channels and tools
    • Including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner and other reporting tools
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing template creation and maintenance
    • Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
    • Must be flexible and able to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines, while accommodating different personalities, professional work styles and changing work environments/priorities
    • Experience in a high volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred
    • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
