    Responsibilities:

    • Manage: program communications and act as key contact for programs; coordination and logistics of Talent Development programs; handle logistics for all courses associated with programs; program reporting and evaluation.
    • Assist in developing learning solutions for various learning programs including creating job aids, training materials, storyboard reviews, etc.
    • Manage department led Webinars and all Webinar processes.
    • Handle help desk support and provide customer resolution.
    • Maintain and coordinate all team SharePoint workspaces, shared calendars, and documents.
    • Manage communication and support to divisional trainers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
    • 3-5 years of experience in Learning/Training
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

    Position Summary

     

    Facilitate, create, maintain, administer and assist in the support of a variety of Talent Development programs based on the needs of the Company. Organize, manage and complete administrative tasks associated with Company-wide training programs. Maintain Talent Development systems, help desk processes and communication tools

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Program Administration

    • Manage program communications and act as key contact for programs
    • Manage coordination and logistics of Talent Development programs
    • Manage and handle logistics for all courses associated with programs 
    • Manage program reporting and evaluation 

    Project Support

    • Assist in developing learning solutions for various learning programs including creating job aids, training materials, story board reviews, etc.
    • Assist in testing online learning programs and tools as needed
    • Assist in facilitating various training classes as needed

    Department Administration

    • Manage department led Webinars and all Webinar processes
    • Manage tuition reimbursement program
    • Maintain the department budget process
    • Document processes and procedures specific to Talent Development

    Talent Development Systems

    •  Handle help desk support and provide customer resolution
    • Research system issues and determine solution
    • Maintain and coordinate all team SharePoint workspaces, shared calendars and documents
    • Maintain and update Talent Development websites and content
    • Maintain the Talent Development mailboxes and communications

    Divisional Trainer Support and Coordination

    • Manage communication and support to divisional trainers
    • Coordinate LMS and Talent Mgmt support among divisional training teams

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Indirect Reports

     

    This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

     

    Travel and/or Driving Requirements

    • Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job.

    Minimum Qualifications

     

    Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

                                       

    Field of Study/Area of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Learning/Training

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
