Your Impact at Advantage Digital Retail
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support the expansion of the company’s operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, credit memos, ensuring proper coding of invoices and credit memos, as well as verification of product received and returned to our brands.

The AP Specialist is responsible for accurate, complete, and timely Accounts Payable processes and functions.

Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel and Driving is an essential duty and function of this job
Education Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
(Preferred) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Accounting
- 1-3 years associated work experience or combination of education and work experience.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
