Summary

Equity Plan Administrator


The Equity Plan Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the Advantage equity plans and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This includes the day-to-day administration of both plans and vendor management of third-party equity administrator.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the equity stock plan, collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information for thorough and successful transactions
  • Execute all-equity plan transactions (grants, releases, exercises, dispositions, etc.) in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws 
  • Own the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, from administering the bi-annual purchase windows, performing various control audits to ensure accuracy and ensuring data file integrity between third-party administrator and internal payroll department 
  • Conduct audits, analyses, and reconciliations with large data sets and complex information
  • Lead process optimization, and maintain document library and communications respository
  • Comply with SOX Control procedures and act as main point of contact for monthly Control Audits
  • Prepare reports and other materials for meetings with the Board of Directors, Compensation Committee, and/or Executive Leadership Team
  • Other duties, as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities 
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports
 
Travel and/or Driving Requirements 
- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job  
 
Minimum Qualifications 
Education & Experience Level:  Bachelor's Degree (Related certification, preferred)
4-7 years of direct experience with Equity Plan Administration
Experience with stock plan purchase programs, preferred
Prior experience working with Fidelity, preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with exceptional Word and Excel capabilities
Environmental & Physical Requirements 
Office / Sedentary Requirements 
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
