Adaptive Designer
The Adaptive Designer will be responsible for solving design challenges, implementing new design systems, and gaining overall client alignment. They will leverage their production and creative design knowledge to streamline the transition from design to production and translate approved designs into unique dieline shapes. Their expertise will be essential in ensuring that packaging designs are innovative, adaptable, and align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 3-5 years experience in production for packing, experience working in a design agency focusing on package design, advanced knowledge of production file building and printing capabilities, strong knowledge of FDA guidelines and implementation, and expert knowledge of Adobe Suite programs.
