Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that proposed solutions are fully aligned with Advantage’s global SAP design standards.
  • Lead solution discovery sessions with non-technical stakeholders and business process owners to elicit business and functional requirements.
  • Communicate business needs to the technical team and simplify/communicate complex technical information for the business stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on leveraging standard SAP S4 functionality and industry best practices to address complex and unique business requirements within the technology distribution industry.
  • Design and architect end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
  • Develop and document detailed functional and technical specifications for SAP OTC solutions.
  • Ensure that OTC solutions are integrated with other SAP modules such as PS, MM, FI/CO, and SD, as well as with external systems.
  • Configure SAP S4 SD module and integrations to other modules.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP OTC framework.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to less senior analyst and contractors.
  • Lead or participate in SAP OTC-related projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project objectives are met.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and recommend future-state improved business processes.
  • Assist QA Lead with QAT and Integration Lead with end-to-end testing. 
  • Support the change management process through impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis. Qualifications / Requirements Critical Competencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) implementation and support.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive consensus across various functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration points with MM, PS, FICO, and proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect with a focus on OTC processes.
  • Expert/Superior skill in configuring SAP SD in ECC or S4 HANA
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA, with experience Fiori Apps
  • S. degree in Computer Science, engineering, MIS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • IT Product Strategy: Define and communicate a comprehensive IT product strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, security, and business units, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT product management. Use market insights to inform product decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process, defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product enhancements.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Product Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics for IT products, such as system uptime, reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT product budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with IT product development and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the IT product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all relevant teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.
Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope.
