Senior Director, Business Development
The Senior Director of Business Development will be responsible for the direction and management of sales and business development operations including presentation and RFP development, market competitiveness, pricing, and ROI value creation tools as well as overall growth strategies. This is a high visibility position requiring strong leadership skills.

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for driving new customer growth across North America. This position will work with the VP of New Business Development to drive growth across new and underpenetrated channels and channels. This position will develop services, models, and sales strategies to implement across both new and existing accounts. The Senior Director will support and drive new leads, proposal development, and insights across multiple departments to create a comprehensive service package.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Development
• Drive lead development across multiple channels and retailers
• Build and foster relationships with prospective customers
• Financial forecasting and modeling
• Lead the development and implementation of an overall business development strategy including competitive analysis and obtaining approval from senior management team
Strategic Thinking
• Creation of multi-year growth strategy
• Work alongside internal departments to develop services, commercial models
Proposal Development
• Create proposals relevant to each service
• Develop and deliver sales and capabilities presentations, prepare and answer RFP’s, and have a clear understanding of the competitive landscape
• Work with internal cross-functional partners to direct and guide the development of business plans, reports, and presentation materials
Sales & Execution
• Build and manage internal cross-functional teams of subject matter experts and/or to ensure business wins (IT, Finance, etc.)
• Responsible for quantifying each potential new business opportunity in respect to revenue and profitability in conjunction with Operations and Finance
• Present and pitch services to retailers, independently and/or alongside management team
Supervisory Responsibilities
