Senior Director of Supply Chain
The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all supply chain functions across a division/segment and its clients. This role will oversee inventory planning, management, warehousing, and transportation while driving operational excellence and cost efficiencies. The Senior Director will also play a critical role in business development, influencing growth strategies and optimizing supply chain operations to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilites & Qualifications
Lead strategic supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, including developing long-term supply chain strategies to support business growth and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee inventory management processes, including forecasting, production planning, and reconciliation.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Manage supplier relationships (e.g., Bunzl Nautical), contract negotiations, and performance metrics to ensure service excellence, including oversight of risk management strategies related to supplier performance and global supply chain disruptions.
Direct cross-functional teams to support new business development and client onboarding.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements through data analysis, process optimization, and leveraging technology and digital tools for supply chain automation and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain activities.
Mentor and develop supply chain team members, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and promoting belonging, sustainability, and inclusion within the supply chain team.
