The Role:
Looking for a seasoned Business Admin with strong operational and communication skills, who can manage day-to-day run the business and work collaboratively on change the business projects. The person should have a strong interest in the commercial tech stack, AI and other emerging technologies, and data management. Ideally, this person should have a strong end user experience orientation and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as we take the company to the next level of CRM capability.

Essential Responsibilities
Manage the Day-to-Day Operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement operational and technical solutions for business needs.
• Provide Help Desk support to Advantage’s CRM users including troubleshooting, managing tickets, developing reports, changes to system due to business changes (e.g., hierarchy)
o Develop and implement automated workflows, approvals, and processes to improve efficiency, build and maintain documentation
o Optimize processes working with Ops team-mates and business users.
o Develop reports, dashboards, and forms tailored.
o Manage routine changes in configuration, naming, etc. that should not require System Admin support.
o Onboard new users, analyze adoption and usage,
• Provide operational and technical guidance and training
• Work with training to develop end user and manager training including: User Training & Support
Develop New Capabilities:
• Develop reporting, dashboards for business leaders, and front-line staff.
• Develop Marketing automation capabilities with stakeholders, i.e. Communications and IT teams, to set up strong lead management processes.
• Take new capabilities and make them routine processes
• Support key management processes including annual planning, budgeting, performance evaluation, and other routine efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports.
Indirect Reports
Does not have direct reports but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Required. Advance Degree Preferred.
Experience Requirements: 8+ years of work experience in SalesOps/RevOps working as a business administrator for Dynamics; Ideally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery. MSFT Dynamics Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven outcomes.
• Good data management skills including excel, SQL and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) needed.
• Experiences with other technologies in modern CRM stack.
• Strong written, oral, and conversational skills
• Interest in CPG and retailing preferred.
• Strong work ethic who overcomes obstacles routinely
• Relationship builder
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the abilty to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
