Responsibilities:

  • Management of administrative staff, ensuring all admin reports and expectations are met by those in administration.
  • Development of new and more effective/efficient processes within the admin dept in order to maximize team ROI and value creation for the management team.
  • Administrative functions as directed by NDRO such as: Adhoc report creation; Staffing and team statistical data compilation; Database creation and management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative manager
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Access Database knowledge

Position Summary

 

Responsible for coordination and oversight of all administration functions within the retail division. Direct reports to include Administrative Managers and Retail Administrators, as well as the possibility of Jr. Analyst. 

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

 

Education Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

                                     

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative manager

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Access Database knowledge

Office / Sedentary Requirements

 

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
