PBA Finance and Systems Manager
The Finance and Systems Manager oversees the operational infrastructure that supports successful field execution, including tools, systems, logistics, data flow, and reporting compliance, in addition to managing the financials across the entire client ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education Level:
(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
8+ Years of experience in finance
3-5 years of experience in accounting or similar role and maximum knowledge of the event industry
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact at varying management levels and client interface
• Strong organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present effectively to large groups
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers
• Ability to complete multiple duties and projects with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
• Must interact well with team
• Strong prioritization skills
• Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
