Strategic Sourcing Project Manager
The Strategic Sourcing Project Manager with expertise and creativity is responsible for managing both technical and business projects for the Strategic Sourcing team. This position manages heavy project load and will track status, resource allocation, and ensure on time completion and documented savings. The Strategic Sourcing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and executive to coordinate project delivery from initiation through completion.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
Manage project risks and issues proactively; escalate when necessary and drive resolution.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Provide regular status updates, report progress during internal meetings, and executive briefings.
Align procurement objectives with internal customer needs through structured project frameworks.
Track and report on project KPIs including timelines, savings targets, supplier performance, and compliance.
Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management or related field
• Demonstrated success with cross-functional sourcing or procurement-related projects
