Summary

Integrated Studio Project Manager

 

The Integrated Studio Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of marketing tactics across multiple channels—primarily RMN content, print tactics, and eCommerce assets. They help clients define executional creative requests and translate briefs into clear, actionable plans. As the primary client-facing lead, they manage intake, schedules, and final delivery to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and speed to market. This role bridges creative production and client service while driving workflow efficiency across all touchpoints.

The company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to define project needs, clarify requests, and engage all necessary external stakeholders for successful project initiation.
  • Translate studio briefs into actionable plans and timelines, identifying gaps and gathering necessary inputs to ensure smooth project kickoff and minimize confusion or cross-functional challenges to ensure all deliverables meet client request and have been actioned against the brief.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set and manage expectations with client partners to clearly define roles, communicate timelines and changes, manage expectations, and align with client leads to secure approvals for timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of executional studio projects as the client-facing lead, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and brand/retailer requirements (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon).
  • Manage projects within established studio workflows, tools, and resourcing models by aligning team skillsets with project needs, coordinating timelines, managing interdependencies, and driving efficient execution in a structured yet agile environment.
  • Leverage knowledge of retail media networks, eCommerce platforms, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and seamless technical project execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep high-volume projects on track, while regularly updating studio leadership on project status, timing, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor team hours and billing accuracy; assist with burn rate reporting to ensure financial transparency.

Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree  or equivalent experience               

Field of Study/Area of Experience:  Marketing / Communications

2-4 years of Project Management experience

 


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 

Working knowledge of Ecommerce and shopper marketing for print/digital tactics

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Asana, Workfront, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams)

Proactive problem-solving skills

 

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
