  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the user experience for our sales teams.

  • Enable teams by leading CRM training sessions with market teams and/or new users
  • Assist in the creation of playbooks, data dictionaries and overall enablement of the processes and rigor needed for sustaining and change management efforts.

What You Bring:

  • Experience working in a CRM system (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) and partnering with IT teams
  • A knack for translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable working across teams and explaining technical concepts in plain language.
  • A process mindset—you enjoy finding better, simpler ways to get things done.
  • Bonus: experience with system integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday) or data governance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5 years of work experience in SalesOps/RevOps working as a business administrator for Dynamics; Ideally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven outcomes.
  • Good data management skills including Excel. Experience in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong written, oral, and conversational skills
  • Experience in CPG industry preferred
  • Strong work ethic, overcomes obstacles routinely
