Business Operations Manager ACX
This Business Operations Manager ACX is responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, execution, and operational oversight while ensuring financial performance and profitability. It oversees cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and technology integration to support growth and efficiency. The position also manages client and stakeholder relationships, negotiates agreements, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Additionally, it tracks performance through KPIs, provides reporting to leadership, and develops actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to help the team to reach organizational goals
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage expenses, track revenue, and ensure profitability targets are met
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior leadership
Work with finance to make sure that we are establishing processes with the finance team
Create and manage processes to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and compliance
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity
Support process and growth (technology) cross teams
Oversee integration and migration processes to ensure smooth transitions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners
Support contract negotiations and agreements to support business objectives
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Oversee major initiatives from planning through execution partnering with operations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget
Track project progress and report outcomes to leadership
Identify potential risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Establish and track KPIs to measure business performance and report back to business leaders
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Associate degree/Junior college
Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Skilled in developing and executing business strategies through market analysis and data-driven decision-making
Experience in driving operational efficiency and managing complex projects from planning through execution
Adept at assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing KPIs to measure and improve performance

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
