Account Supervisor
The Account Supervisor functions as a key member of Experiential Marketing Creative Team program deliverables within multiple categories and retail channels. Primary role is to be the face of the creative team to internal and external client contacts during the conception, creative communications design development, retail sell‑in, production, execution, and analysis of account‑ and brand‑specific programs.
Responsible for engaging and synchronizing a cross‑functional team to deliver communication platforms, program concept development, effective sales presentations, and retail sell‑in support.
Responsibilities
Partner with experiential marketing team members to develop marketing and communication strategies, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, and tactical recommendations leveraging consumer and shopper insights that drive purchase behavior
Demonstrate leadership to internal concept, creative design, and production teams to ensure all deliverables align with strategy and meet client expectations
Develop and own key relationships that build trust‑based partnerships with client teams, agency partners, and third‑party vendors
Manage and develop direct reports with support from senior creative leadership
Demonstrate working knowledge of experiential marketing and demonstration and sampling landscapes to identify business opportunities and potential revenue streams
Set priorities and manage multiple projects autonomously while meeting deadlines and deliverables
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field (Creative agency, marketing, or brand management experience preferred)
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Ability to interpret and understand client business needs and facilitate ideation and concept development to address opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage expectations across multiple organizational levels
High interpersonal effectiveness and emotional intelligence
Ability to develop relationships and work closely with third‑party vendors, agencies, and suppliers
Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple duties with accuracy amid competing deadlines and frequent interruptions
Proficiency with office productivity tools and presentation software

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
