HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies and practices with the goals of a specific division or region. This role serves as a trusted advisor to people managers, offering solutions that drive business outcomes and foster a positive work environment. The HR Business Partner partners across human resources functions to support talent management, teammate relations, and organizational development while implementing initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to develop and execute human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
Advise managers on human resources policies, teammate relations best practices, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Support talent acquisition efforts and collaborate on hiring top talent to meet workforce needs
Coach leaders on performance management, facilitate feedback cycles, and support continuous talent development
Act as a trusted advisor on teammate relations, partnering with associate relations on investigations when warranted and supporting conflict resolution
Analyze human resources data including turnover, engagement, and retention to provide insights and drive data-informed decisions
Support change management efforts by guiding leaders and teammates through organizational changes
Lead human resources training sessions and support leadership development initiatives

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Deep understanding of human resources best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
Ability to align human resources strategies with business goals and influence stakeholders
Proven expertise in managing teammate relations issues including conflict resolution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret human resources data and provide actionable insights
Experience developing and delivering human resources training and supporting leadership development programs
Proficiency in human resources information systems, productivity software, and human resources analytics tools

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
