Creative Director, Business Development & Marketing
The Creative Director, Business Development & Marketing is an internal-facing leadership role that partners closely with Marketing, New Business, Strategy, and Creative teams to drive agency growth and elevate the brand. This role blends creative direction, brand stewardship, and strategic thinking to shape how the agency presents itself to prospective clients.
The Creative Director is responsible for defining creative vision across new business initiatives, ensuring compelling storytelling, strong visual identity, and consistency of voice across all pitch and marketing materials.

Develop and evolve agency brand identity while ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
Provide guidance and direction on brand-related decisions and initiatives
Develop agency selling stories by capability and industry vertical
Express brand narrative creatively across owned channels including website, customer relationship platforms, and social media
Generate original, client-ready pitch content tailored to specific client needs
Ensure brand expression is consistent across all new business materials, presentations, and client interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging with new business strategies and agency propositions
Manage complex new business pitches by coordinating contributions across multiple teams
Partner with senior leadership to assess and refine brand strategy to remain competitive in the marketplace
Partner with senior leadership to develop and advance an innovation pipeline and related use cases
Identify and apply internal best practices to enhance delivery quality and effectiveness
Enable agency-wide deployment of innovation initiatives
Lead creative development and design of agency-wide communications including templates and internal presentations
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 8–10 years experience in relevant field (Marketing agency experience preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain a high level of service quality
Ability to work effectively with management
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily from a home office or in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
