Senior Compensation Analyst
The Senior Compensation Analyst acts as a strategic advisor to the business and HRBPs on pay decisions, providing deeper data analysis and insights to inform compensation strategies that align with both business objectives and long-term talent needs. This provides insights to influences broader compensation initiatives, supporting the development and implementation of solutions for complex pay issues. Provide team lead support to compensation analyst, driving work prioritization, ensuring quality control, and fostering professional development within the team.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to the business and HR business partners on pay decisions by providing advanced data analysis and insights that support compensation strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term talent needs
Own the development and maintenance of the job catalog by ensuring accuracy of job architecture elements, leading improvements to reflect organizational changes, and partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to create and update job descriptions aligned with market benchmarks and internal architecture
Own participation in annual and ad hoc compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness and identify market shifts while making strategic recommendations for compensation structure adjustments
Administer annual compensation cycles including system testing, key communications, and execution of salary increases and bonuses while partnering with stakeholders on pay equity considerations
Own ongoing pay analysis initiatives in partnership with internal and external teams
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support compensation initiatives
Manage compensation market data and analysis tools to support pricing, equity analysis, and job evaluation activities
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Professional certification preferred)
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
