This position translates shopper and consumer behavior into actionable insights that drive decision-making across multiple departments, including but not limited to marketing, sales, and category development. This role supports the design and execution of research initiatives and analyzes data from multiple sources. The Analyst is expected to demonstrate analytical acumen and storytelling capabilities to elevate the voice of the shopper and consumer within the organization.

Responsibilities
Assists in gathering and cleaning data from syndicated sources. Supports the team in preparing datasets for analysis
Conducts descriptive analysis and creates summary reports. Learns to identify trends and patterns in shopper behavior
Helps build slides and visualizations for internal and client-facing presentations. Applies branding guidelines and storytelling basics
Participates in team meetings, shares learnings, and supports cross-functional projects
Engages in training and mentorship to build skillset and proficiency
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Exposure to syndicated data platforms preferred)
Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of consumer/shopper data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and take direction
Effective written and verbal communication

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
