Premium Brands Account Supervisor

Responsibilities
Execution oversight: Manage daily workflow of national program deliverables. Support launches, refreshes, and timelines
Team supervision: Manage account managers and provide support to field teams. Triage issues and escalate appropriately
Client communication: Maintain status documentation and provide weekly updates to clients and leadership
Quality control: Monitor data integrity, reporting accuracy, and executional compliance across markets
Process support: Identify recurring bottlenecks and support rollout of new tools, standard operating procedures, or workflows
Some travel may be expected.

Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 4-6 years experience in relevant field
Required Knowledge and Skills
Personal computer and home internet access
Proficiency in common productivity software including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and email tools
Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Good interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make oral presentations
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy while managing frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Experience working in an agency, retail, consumer packaged goods, or consumer electronics environment
3–5 years of experience selling or activating in adult beverage

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
