- Travel up to 50% within local market
- Overnight travel – as needed, up to 20%
-Home based role that reports to an Anheuser-Busch Region office 2 days each week

Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of a team of field managers. Serve as point of contact for daily operations. Train and develop new team members and coach on opportunities during market visits and team calls
Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly needs of the assigned territory and team, ensuring information is shared in a timely manner with leadership and client teams
Proactively manage business objectives and sales goals for assigned locations. Identify sales training opportunities and create and execute return-on-investment-based action plans
Build and maintain strong relationships across assigned locations with client partners. Leverage relationships to increase sales of client products and services
Analyze territory and location performance data to develop and execute strategies required to meet or exceed business objectives and sales targets. Manage team budgets, monthly targets, and incentive tracking
May be expected to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field
Required Knowledge and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and strong prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in common productivity software including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing tools
Ability to research and analyze data effectively
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
