This role offers a clear growth path to develop technical skills while ensuring that our team delivers accurate, timely, and organized reporting to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract and clean data from various sources to support the maintenance and update of client reports and dashboards.
  • Support with the media weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Assist in identifying trends and drafting initial observations for internal review.
  • Help internal teams identify the "what" in data trends, providing the foundational work used to build actionable insights.
  • Work alongside functional teams (Media, Channel Teams) to provide the necessary reporting and data observations needed for campaign optimizations.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing presentations and reporting documentation.
  • Support the implementation of measurement strategies by helping document KPI requirements and assisting in the build-out of data visualizations.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in media analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-driven role (internship experience considered).
  • Foundational experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Familiarity with basic dashboard updates and data cleaning.
  • Exposure to digital analytics or media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or CM360).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data manipulation and auditing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data findings to internal team members.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious about how data drives marketing decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with media tagging solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Basic understanding of web analytics tracking.
  • Prior experience in an agency or brand marketing environment.
